Our way of working is inspired by and features academic activity and the involvement in post-graduate training as professors and lecturers, based on the in-depth study of legal issues and constant professional development regarding new issues in corporate law. We believe in the continuous professional development of our professionals, and we steer them towards master’s degree courses, post-graduate courses and research at universities.

We strongly believe in the opportunity to conduct our profession and organise the work of the Firm in line with Environmental Sustainability and Governance (ESG) criteria. We implement measures to reduce the use of paper and plastic and promote the informed conscious use of environmental resources. We carefully maintain relationships with the community, institutions, other professionals, our workers, employees and suppliers, and, obviously, our clients, in line with principles of transparency, loyalty and fairness.
